I could be wrong but the choice of the "chosen one" that being the Financial Adviser Firm has not yet been announced. We will certainly need to complete that step before any level of the Financial Agreement is finalized. In the last 10-Q (5/13/2015) management had stated ...and I quote---"It is presently expected that a definitive and binding agreement between LLC and one such Financial Adviser will be executed before June 30th,2015". Well... we didn't qute make that happen so I'd settle for an update on that and a decision on the Usufruct (land) accounting from PWC. WE SHALL FIND OUT TOMORROW. Stay tuned, Bill.
