Price starts to move up in recognition of that jump in net worth along with recognition of the other pieces of the puzzle coming to fruition in coming weeks/months. And first financing agreement date gets triggered before year end, which then triggers payment of ~$70m to the company.
Stock hits and stays above $5 some time betwixt now and year end. WHEN that happens, we get listed on the Nasdaq (probably first quarter of next year).
