I don't use them, I use another discount broker, Charles Schwab. It sounds like you call in your trades. I always just use the online portal and put the trades in myself. As Bill would advise you, never put a "Market" order in. You can/should talk to someone about ins and outs and then just use their online tools. Don't know if this helps.
