Here's my theory: Bill has somehow colluded with the market makers to have the price hold steady until his $s clear. Then it's "KATIE BAR THE DOOR". Just a theory. It IS possible I could be wrong.

My other theory is it's Thanksgiving week and no one is around to take notice or action.
