GI,.... but wouldn't they first pay the bills they've run up since the inception of the project, salaries of the board member's and employees they've added, then hire PR people and advertising to promote the project, then the architects, surveyors, CCC-Oman plus sub contractors, not falling under CCC's jurisdiction, debt service ,sales and marketing salaries and commissions . You seem to imply that OMAG will be swimming in excess cash? Not trying to second guess your premise or start a sword fight but......... simply looking for answers and clarification, Bill. P.S.
