yes.. low oil prices add some stress to the MENA region. the spending choices are harder. but tourism is one of the replacement strategies for unfettered oil income, as Oman continually reports. $50M is less than 1% of CCC annnual inome and they expect 2015 margins to improve. My guess is that CCC and Oman really want this project and it will go forward.
