seemed very close, but definite disclaimer that it's not yet done.

definitely worth looking forward to this. $60M can start moving dirt (sand?).. maybe some pre-sales activity.. we need $4 and Nasdaq.

it's hard and been long.. not for the faint of heart... but upside remains very appealing
