If memory serves me correctly, annual 10K would be due 3/1 ... if I'm wrong, then it would be 4/1. But management has stated that they expect additional info on CCC contract and financing date (aka, loan) to be very soon. So I am hopeful of an 8k this month.
But with China and Saudi/Iran tensions and N. Korea nut job ... and all the other crazy stuff happening in the world, not sure how the market will receive even the best of news from OMAG.
