Nick, I've had a number of conversations with Charlie over the past few months. He reiterates nothing new to report, good or bad, and if there were news, they would release it immediately. Basically, he restates what we've read in the filings: things are progressing and it's a process.

I would encourage board members to feel free to call him from time-to-time (sorry, Charlie!). He always welcomes calls from shareholders.

I am not worried, just annoyed at the delay.
