NICK, I'll take care of it. I'm putting a call in to "President Elect Trump" to have him play down the completion of the Keystone Pipeline---at least till Frank gets the two contracts signed. That delay coupled with the OPEC countries agreeing to curtail oil production,will support the price of oil from falling any further. Oil is OMAN's short tem problem. They realize that their spigot runs dry in just 15 ? years or so. All the more reason to get tourism up and running. Regards, Bill of the Board.
