the slowdown is caused by the cratering of oil prices and the difficulties of negotiating a very large contract with CCC. As has been noted, the oil price drop is a two edged sword: tightens up cash availability but exposes need for alternate income sources such as tourisn. my guess: net positive. as far as the contract goes, we could not have a better rep for the stockholders than Frank.. maybe the Donald... but not sure. some consolation for the snails pace may be his instinct for protection of the stockholders interests.
