JB your first sentence is a "biggie"...but hopefully not a "wopper". Are you really saying that "the financing agreement date" has been SATISFIED? I know you typed it---but do you really mean just that? Is the Financing Contract a done deal? ...and is the rest (Condition Precedent) just a formality so that now we should put all our prayers and letters and Message Board postings into the Construction agreement?
