The 10k didn't have everything we were looking for, but it DID contain positive momentum. I guess people are nibbling away at their positions ... lack of faith, while understandable, is (as Darth would say), "... deeply disturbing."

Come on management, let's get the contracts signed! This IS going to be built and it WILL be tremendously profitable. For those in need of reminding, the land is valued (probably conservatively) at over $650/sq meter (and I think that's NET of $65/sq meter cost to LLC). The margin in that alone is huge.

The NPV (net present value) of 7 years of sales, after expenses, is $1.3 billion (of which 60%, or $780m, accrues to Omagine Inc.). While not the best way to value a company, that does work out to more than $45/share.

And I see someone(s) got an ask price of $1.00 out there, offering to sell 10,400 shares. Any one have any ideas why?
