Beacher, "K" is for annual report as in 10K and for interim news, as in 8K. Quarterlies are 10Q. So good news will come in the next 10Q (by next Monday, at latest; or even today or tomorrow). If not, then possibly in an 8K betwixt this upcoming report and the next quarterly (10Q), which would be due 11/15/2016.
