ALTON, agreed --for now the Omani government is out of it. Now it's either the Omani banks, or any bank... and any construction company wanting to get involved. But alas....Oman will be back in the picture once we get into all of the fun approvals...electrical,plumbing, tadpole , oyster and all of the other environmental studies......but enough of that.
