Bill, If I remember right, the land (245 sq meters)was cut short 100,000 sq meters by someone in the land ministry, who had given it to I think to another dignatary. I'm glad Omagine received it back. I remember that a chunk was cut from one of the corners, and it was said that the government would try to replace it some other way. I may be wrong.
