FRANK and CHARLIE, just a thought---per Nick's article dated 10/31/2016.... if the land prices in OMAN are escallating at a rapid clip, why not get updated values from the two companies (forget about the third--who was clearly an outlier) that have already performed all of the work. Unless the "winds of change" have shifted the sands of our parcel in some great way (versus in some "granular" way--I just had to get "granular in there) they should be able to apply a simple % to their original apprasial, to arrive at a current land value.The cost should be minimal and the added value to our books, certainly can't hurt.
