Hmmmm, sounds to me like management is on the cusp of announcing some very good news very soon.  So confident in it that they are acquiring more shares at the current fire sale price.  This is a good sign.  My vote is that the new shareholder, along with the amount invested, will be announced in February.  And that new shareholder, probably replacing CCC, will be injecting tens of millions of US $s into Omagine Inc for their ownership stake (up to 15%) in LLC.  For argument's sake, let's say it's around $30m to $50m.  That's more than enough to get started with this project in the 1st quarter.
