Just wanted to remind everyone, that the book value/share is still north of $20. Once this project gets moving by showing the new LLC investor, the very large sums that it will inject to acquire that ownership share, the construction financing agreement, etc., and therefore the beginning of Phase I work ... ALL BEFORE THE END OF MARCH 2017, and the likely listing on NASDAQ this year, seems to me the probability of getting close to that BV/share in the marketplace will have increased significantly.
Yes, plenty can still go wrong, but I truly believe that the worst delays are behind us. I have even decided to not renovate my rock as I don't expect to be moving back into (under) it again. Just say'n.
