Stock shark, I can see that you and couple of the other guys on this board have been investors for a very, very, long time and to be honest, I probably wouldn't have had the kind of staying power that you've all shown. The frustration at moving target dates must be rage invoking at this stage.

That said, the snippet from my post that you've taken, the comment was made after I had mentioned that we suffered a serious set back (loss of a key investor) roughly around this time last year. An event with the potential to kill the project altogether. Taken in this frame of reference, to get the ball rolling again, in either Q1or H1 17, would be quite an achievement to which we all should be grateful even if it's a bit later than management's ambitions.

I could be wrong here, but I didn't think they mentioned construction starting in Q1, i believe it was pre-constuction, or in other words, design, planning, procurement, and the like.
