To follow up on your views above:

a. I care. Because its not just a "date or two" that has been missed. It is countless over the last 10+ years

b. What goal of "starting in H1 2017"?. I thought from the last filing(s) construction was expected to be started in Q1 2017!

As another poster said - you are entitled to your views. But that does not mean everyone else has the same.

If you purchased shares under $1 in the last few weeks/months perhaps your interpretation of recent "impatience" may holdup. But most long standing shareholders will understandably have a different perspective.
