Ok so I've just checked and they have mentioned that the goal is to start construction in Q1 2017.
As a wise man once explained to me, Disappointment = Reality ÷ Expectations
If you expect construction to start in Q1, you probably will be disappointed. If you, like me, don't think this is going to happen your disappointment will be less!
