We don't really have any choices other than these two: (1) Sell; (b) be patient and hope.

The stock has no liquidity and we have no leverage with management.  

Am I missing anything?  Any other options? If so, please let me/us know as I'd love to put this chapter to bed (preferably a comfortable, warm one, not out on the street). 

I'm sure the reason we haven't heard anything is because there simply is nothing to report.  If I were to talk to Charlie, and I haven't in a few weeks, I'm 100% certain that he would say progress is being made and we'll hear soon enough.  Same message as in the past. 

At the end of the day, none of us can stop dancing with this bear until the bear wants to stop dancing.
