BEACHER,NICK,and ALTON,I have a slightly different "take" on the recent revelations. I was,needless to say, not overjoyed with the 10 K last week......however, the unfortunate passing of  our newest investor does explain the weakness in the stock price. I realize that the report was published AFTER the sell-off but I didn't just fall off the turnip truck. The word leaked out. Somehow,someway, people found out and bailed before the news went public. Lest we forget Martha Stewart. The good news is  that the price did recover most of its losses and apparently the deceased heirs are still on board.I do have one question for Agoram to check with management. The fact that there have been so many delays, will the government of Oman grant us an extension on our deadline for completion?  Regards, Bill of the Board.
