Sounds like a DOA to me.   Sounds like a hale mary pass a a football game.  Condolences to that investor's widow.  I would advise her to keep what she has.   There's a story about the wise man who built his house upon a rock, and the foolish man who built his house upon the sand.   Kind of bears it out.   This will take a miracle.
