It is of course the best scenario. (Option No1 in my amateurish analysis). However it did  not work the first time. CCC have had a deal of the century. For $50mil they received 15% of shares and the right to construct $2.5bn project!! Something was very wrong. Fingers crossed it will not happen again.

All of the time I am talking about back up strategy. That is where my $10-15mil comes into picture, and proper feasibility becomes essential.
