I found the filing (thanks!), but couldn't find the detail regarding the new investors.  Can you advise what page #?

I am not surprised that the estate won't be able to move forward in a timely manner.  However, I AM surprised (shame on me) that one of the European investors has still not come onboard.  

We still have a couple of weeks for management to make good on their July expectation.  I'm not holding my breath. 

Come on, Charlie, surprise me to the upside!
