Can't disagree...especially with a lack of communication.  Other deals/investments, worldwide, more complicated, have been completed....daily...weekly...monthly.  Whether as Alton supposes, perhaps they are trying get the best possible terms...At this point with so many missed deadlines (even self-imposed) we would be better served to get the deal done.
