He said what he had to say given they had not released any news.  All their info is released publicly.

While I very much like Charlie and have great respect for him as an individual, management's ability to make reasonably accurate predictions is what it is.  I do not know why they don't bake in extra time in their time estimates.  As a result, we have been consistently disappointed.  And so they have already lost their credibility, sad to say. 

That being said, they don't normally wait for a quarterly or annual filing to announce important news.  So if something were to develop on the European investment front, they would announce immediately.
