This is REALLY "GREAT NEWS"...(as opposed to Oiler's Great News lottery investment). Considering all of this development happening in Oman, the RCA should have zero problem coughing up a paltry 20 million bucks to get things going on our beach AND the MOT should have zero problem extending any deadlines that need to be extended! I'm just sayin....Bill of the Board.
