It has been many months since we have received any communication from management. 

Can we please have a response from management as to what the status of the company is? Is the only possible chance for recovery now the lawsuit with RCA? 

Is RCA and the MOT finished with the Omagine project or is there any possible route that it will be revived? (I know this is highly doubtful but it is hard to believe that Oman which is need of foreign investment would allow this to happen after management/Omagine has been working on this project for the better part of two decades.)

Does management have any secondary plans to keep the company alive if the above mentioned is not resolved?
