This is a great deal for Ontex in my opinion, but apparently not for some of the impatient investors.
What do we get with this merger;
We get a small but permitted mill that can be scaled somewhat if necessary in the very near future.
We get a 30% stake in the property with Premier.
We get all of Roxmark properties integrated into one, no gaps, and if something extends into the Roxmark claims then is it not convenient that it is one company?
It seams not only did we get value, but time saving permitting.
Dont discount any other reasons Pat may have wanted this to happen sooner rather than later that may escape up at the moment. In due corse it will all be revealed, and make sense.
