Why dont we give them three or four weeks. They are just in the middle of scheduling a shareholder meeting to vote on the merger. They have to give 60 day notice, so if they are quick they could have it out for the end of October, so we can vote for the end of December or early January.
Investors obviously do not see the strategic moves that Pat Sheridan and the whole team are making.
These are sacrificial prices that will not last for ever. Stock will go up once everyone stops expecting it to.
