PAW FINANCING UPDATE

Further to Pacific Wildcat Resources Corp.'s press release dated June 11, 2012, one of the financing options that the company had been negotiating with a potential financing partner has been terminated.

The company is continuing to explore alternative financing proposals to allow PAW to complete the acquisition of the indirect 70-per-cent interest in the Mrima Hill niobium and rare earth project.
