Stan Altschuler - Co - Founder and President
Stanley Altschuler, co-founded Strategic Growth International, Inc. in 1989 with Mr. Cooper. Stanley Altschuler has more than 35 years of financial industry management experience. One of the three founders, before the age of 30, of a successful brokerage firm, Verilli.
Mr. Altschuler successfully raised funds and provided advisory services to scores of growing healthcare and technology companies, including such companies as Quality Care and Staff Builders. His activities in these companies included the development of several innovative financing techniques that were new to Wall Street at that time. His experience prior to Strategic Growth included the formation of a consulting business that provided capital market funding expertise to emerging entrepreneurial companies, Mr. Alschuler served as a Board Member, Advisor and officer of the following companies: Legal Software, Entertainment & Learning Corp and others.

Richard E. Cooper - Co-Founder and Chairman
Mr. Cooper co-founded Strategic Growth International, Inc. in 1989, after completing 15 years of senior management experience at Salomon Brothers Inc. Mr. Cooper is personally involved in Investor Relations strategies for every SGI client. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, financing, repositioning, crisis management etc.
As a Managing Director in corporate finance for 5 years at Salomon Brothers, Mr. Cooper held various management responsibilities in both the firm's fixed income and corporate finance departments. Mr. Cooper was responsible for the coverage of such major clients as the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the State of New York and senior coverage provided to the governments of Pakistan, Israel, Thailand and Turkey. Prior to his appointment at Salomon Brothers, Mr. Cooper held financial positions at such major corporations as General Foods, Kennecott Copper and Federated Department Stores.

Jennifer K. Zimmons, Ph.D. - Managing Director
Jennifer K. Zimmons has been Managing Director at Strategic Growth since March 2003. Dr. Zimmons manages all aspects of client services including: Strategizing the most effective ways to communicate a company's investment opportunity. Creating and developing investor relations materials including: fact sheets, product information, Web site, etc. Serving as "corporate ambassador" on behalf of companies to shareholders, fund managers, institutions, brokers, high net-worth individuals, and business development entities.
Dr. Zimmons long-standing relationships with institutional money managers, top-producing brokers, and investment bankers are a critical component in delivering results to clients. From 2001-2003, Dr. Zimmons was COO of Vision Corporate Consulting, a New York-based Investor Relations firm, where she was responsible for representing a variety of micro and small-cap companies located in the U.S. and abroad. Dr. Zimmons started her career at Doceus, a Washington, D.C.-based technology consulting firm where she was solely responsible for establishing a New York office, managing all sales and business development activities for the region. She holds an MBA from American University, Ph.D. in design from Texas Tech University, and Bachelor of Arts from Marymount University.

Miri Segal Scharia - Vice President
Miri Segal has 10 years of experience working with International companies ranging from the size of start ups to public traded companies with hundred of millions in revenues from different industries.
Formerly to SGI, she was a partner in the leading Investor Relations firm in Israel: KM/KCSA Investor Relations and she successfully managed IR accounts of leading companies ranging in market cap from $30 million to $1 billion. Mrs. Segal - Scharia has extensive experience in formulating client IR strategies dealing with positioning, perception analysis, road shows, M&A, IPOs as well as consulting during crisis management on such issues as profit warnings, trust crisis and legal investigations.
Mrs. Segal - Scharia has also managed client Public Relations activities: reinforced relations with top financial journalists, initiated media coverage in leading financial media vehicles, orchestrated press conferences and press tours.
Mrs. Segal - Scharia holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Manchester, concentrating in marketing and Bachelors' Degree in Communications and French Literature from the Tel Aviv University.

Ryan J. Daniels – Vice President
Ryan Daniels manages and assists client companies with development and implementation of strategic investor relations initiatives. Mr. Daniels has ten years of experience in investor relations, sales, marketing and financial consulting. Working with over 50 public companies across industries, Mr. Daniels has strong relationships with money mangers, financial institutions and research analysts to maximize value for undiscovered micro- and small-cap companies.
Mr. Daniels worked for five years at two New York City based investor relations firms, Lippert/Heilshorn & Associates and The Investor Relations Group, where he also served as Director of Marketing. Most recently, Mr. Daniels served as Vice President of Kei Advisors, an investor relations and business advisory firm in Buffalo, New York. Mr. Daniels was national sales manager and director of investor relations for a private consumer goods company in Marlton, NJ. He was also a licensed broker and investment advisor at Lebenthal & Company, a full-service investment firm in New York City.
Mr. Daniels holds a BS in Finance from Canisius College in Buffalo. He also has achieved level one of the Chartered Financial Analyst exam from the CFA Institute.
