Scottrade informing me that a majority of shareholders had approved increasing authorized shares from 7,000,000 to 30,000,000. I'm sure that there is a valid reason for doing this right after a 1 for 200 reverse split but I just can't think what it is right now. I have very few shares; a fact I am very thankful for. May be a great buying opportunity over the next couple of weeks. All IMO...
