The extra kicker re Probe is that beginning in the third quarter 08' it may possibly begin receiving a 5% Net Smelter Royalty from Agnico-Eagle's Val d'Or, Quebec  Goldex mine when it begins production @ 170,000 ounces per year.  I say possibly because Probe has yet to receive word if their portion of the deposit will be particpating in the initial years of production.  Looking at the AEM website and the maps leads me to believe I think Probe will be participating early in the production.    170,000 ozs. x 5% = 8500 oz.  @ CDN$600.00 oz. = CDN $5,100.000 X .70  (discounts off 5% NSR) = CDN $3,500,000. Not bad using in my opinion very conservative values throughout  the calculations.     EOM.
