I have'nt read the contract that Probe has with Agnico-Eagle

but their 5% NSR means that Probe receives 5% of the

mint value of any gold produced from their portion of

the Goldex deposit, less the milling, refining, marketing,

and transportation costs - these last four items are the

discounts I'm talking about. David Palmer would probably

say I'm to high using 30%. He's probably correct.

Hence the use of "very conservative" in my comments.
