PP fully subscribe

Just saw this on the SH board - I think that the scenerio is extremely likely I just called Probe to see if I could participate in the private placement and was told that it was fully subscribed with big players taking most of it. In fact, they had too many people wanting a part of it - probably could have easily done $7-10 Million. I will bet my bottom dollar that Pinetree has a piece of it - they have been with a lot of the other players including NOT, MINE and BMK. In fact, I would not be suprised to see Pinetree Capital issue a press release stating that they have acquired 10% of Probe. Probe's sp will zoom on that news! GLTA
