Well I just finished listening to the Noront AGM and will comment only on the part concerning the Ring of Fire.

It was specificly mentioned about Joint Ventures in the area with Noront being the operator and discussions had already been had with area players.

It did not specify that these discussions were with any particular company however the companies of interest were Probe-Fancamp-Freewest,

It stated that it would be in everones best interest and that Noront would attempt to consolidate the area play so that in the event of further interest from a major they could deliver an area play to that interested party with joint ventures agreements in place.
