NOT IS the Whip. With the cash each of the others have raised in recent days they are not going to be starved. Two months ago they were mostly all starved. NOT anymore. The air mags will now be much better interpreted and if any good signs show they will be tested with the drill. Stand-alones in this area play are too vulnerable to low price take overs (especially if the shares were widely held prior to September)and then only if they come up with the goods. With JV's the skill of each will help both and the one with the best connections and expert help will win the most and for both partners in the JV. Thus, Win,Win and a Big WIN for shareholders.
