The  control of  PRB is  in just a few  hands..... Managment  has   6,227,800 shares and  another  2,750,000 wts  which  could be  exercised  to  increase their  control  position.... Pinetree now  has  3,800,000 shares...... and  another  1 million  wts

 Within  these  few  hands the  bulk of  control is  held, almost  50%........ nothing  is  going to  happen   that  is  not  in their  best, and  hopefuly  our  best  intrest.

We are  cashed  up and  good to  go!

One  more  consideration is  that NOT  drilled the  southernmost   anomoly.....  now  if they  hit on the  northern  anomoly the  allignment  to  PRB   NE  and  SW   will  be   very  direct...!

Couple  this  with  our  own  targets   and   PRB   is the  most  undervalued   play   in the  whole  area as a pure speculative  investment..... If  we  have a  hit on  drilling  which  confirms  this  we   will be doing the  happy  dance.....
