In total  13,912,800 of the  34.8 million   fully  diluted... !

This  would make it  very  difficult to   take a  control  position in the  stock  for  another  party as it  would  require  almost  everyone  else to  sell their  shares..... I don't  know  about  you, but I'm  keeping  mine  for  a while...LOL
