Probe has a JV on the 'Tamarack' Property north of UC/SPQ/KWG JV on which PRB has already made a very good mineral strike. Probe has already committed to a Winter Drill program. Probe has some other very interesting Properties out side the JBL. Probe already has the money in the bank to get the job done, thus, no need to do and complete a PP.
