Generally if you want to partner with someone, say they are a baker, and have baked a good cake and yours is still in the oven.
It is prudent to shareholders at least to wait till your cake is out of the oven and you taste it before real negotiations can begin. That is if you are a good baker and have the goods coming out of the oven to taste. The great uncertainty and why it is called the Venture exchange me thinks.
