When the  little  guys  find  a  minable  deposit  they  have  undergone termendous  presures in the  market  just  to  surfive.....  Everyone is  out to make a  buck mining the  market... the   company  just a  means to an  end.

The  managment of the  company  on the  other  hand   are  focussed on   finding a resource they  can  define..... The  good  will of the   managment  and   final investors are  sometimes  bolled  over by the  major..... I  would  rather  see an  outright  purchase of a deposit than an  NSR as  an NSR relies on the  honesty and  integraty  of the   majors managment.....  sometimes  this  honesty  is  compromised to   maximize  profits in the  major....... and  that  is  where the  courts  should   rule  with an iron  hand......  punishing  severely those  that  do not  honour  an agreement....JMHO

Hud Bay  needs a  bare  bottom spanking for  what they  have  done to  CAA...JMHO

Lets  hope that  Agneco Eagle are  cut  from a  nicer  cloth.
