I was somewhat relieved to see a few cautionary statements, since I believe there are several ways in which we could experience unforeseen delays. Such should be "unforeseen" only with respect to the nature of delays likely to occur. Though it is often impossible to know exactly what may come up, I believe shareholders should be prepared nonetheless, since plans rarely, if ever, go off perfectly. I bought my own stake at a level allowing me to comfortably ride out such expectations, which also allows me some room to "back end load", should the share price drift downwards as a result of resulting shareholder disappointment. If I end up being too pessimistic, then I might get an occasional pleasant surprise; I just won't be counting on it.I still believe the thaw has high likelihood of causing significant downtime, and perhaps shareholders should prepare themselves, just in case. Here's to hoping for the best, while preparing for the worst.
