This confirms my thought that it was Pinetree selling like drunken sailors into the potential run on the outcrop news....
Again I reiterate that I think their trading behavour was poor and that Dave should weigh any future financings with them in this context.
I will also warn any other managment of other companies I hold positions in should they consider placing substanual blocks with Pinetree.
They effectively slamed the stock on the day it would have run into the 1.20 to 1.50 range with glutonous block sells into the bids.
I will temper my enthusiasum when I see PNP has taken a substantual position in a company from now on!
