Don't look to see who's buying and for how much. Watch who is not selling!!!

They sell pop in any store. If you want one go get one. They are negotiating. There are a lot of issues to go over. As Rosedale mentioned on the NOT forum, there may be land issues re claim blocks etc.. to settle first and then they will move forward so this may take a while.

P.S. I firmly believe that Probe is sitting in the position of power at this time although NOT will probably run the show. CMP calls it consolidating the area in order to make it easy for a major to buy..Don
