First thing I did is check for insider positions on SEDI.... You have to look there to see the net holdings.. In doing so I find great comfort.

Insiders have large positions and continue to hold them...

Pinetree has held the line at 3 milions shares and 1 million wts as I previously posted.

Hodge holds a mittfull.... over 2.7 million

Peterson over 1 million

And Dave Palmer 750 k

This means that their motivation is alligned with ours.... Lets hope it is along the lines of taking NOT stock for these properties and a large portion of those shares could be divied out..... Thus downside risk is eliminated and upside potential is still there...

I would bet the same negotiation is ongoing with FNC... to consolidate the core properties prior to a major deal with a major....JMHO
